Happy Thanksgiving

Well we got some snow, 1-2 feet now covered in a thick crust which will be a great base. Conditions today were pretty good. Hayburner was probably trail of the day and Tote Road wasn't much worse, but Kings Landing was very hard packed. No Snowmaking today, but guns start tonight on Narrow Gauge and Sluice Headwall.

A Little Warmer Today

Today was much warmer than it has been, temps were in the 20's and it was mostly sunny. Conditions today were good, mostly packed powder with a little hard packed here and there. Tote Road was the trail of the day. Snowmaking shut down this morning, not sure of the reason, it didn't seem too warm but maybe it was. Sluice and The Stomping Grounds wont need much more snow to open. The weather looks interesting over the next few days, Ive looked at several forecasts and its hard to figure out what is going to happen.

Opening Day

Wow today was a great opening. Conditions on Tote Road and Kings Landing were incredible for opening day. The Snowmakers and Groomers did a great job. Snowmaking is happening on Hayburner and Boardwalk now. I doubt Either of them will open tomorrow, They havn't made any snow on the Bottom pitch of Hayburner and Boardwalk still needs a lot of snow. It was very cold and will be slightly colder tomorrow and its going to be windy so be sure to dress warm and get out early because its probably going to be really busy

Opening day tomorrow

It looks like tomorrow may be one of the best opening days ever. Snowmakers have been hard at work for the past 4 days and have buried Tote Road and Kings Landing. Guns are now on Hayburner and that could open Saturday or Sunday. Guns are also starting on Boardwalk.
