Its been an interesting week, Monday it was sunny, with temps in the 70's and a little breeze, the snow was soft and heavy, probably the busiest day this week. Tuesday it was sunny and warm, not as warm as monday but still warm. the snow was firm in the morning but softened up in the afternoon, turned to mush quite quickly, the skiing was fun but I wouldnt say it was excellent spring conditions. Yesterday was a little colder and anything ungroomed was firm, the lower part of the mtn finally softened up in the afternoon. The Superquad and Spillway East have been running the past 2 days and Timberline is supposed to run again today. The Snowfields are melted out but the trails are still buried, not really any bare spots to worry about.

Spring is Here
WOW, Today was incredible, temps in the 40's and 50's and bright blue sunny skies, a little wind but nothing serious. Timberline, Spillway and The Superquad ran today. The Backside and the front face were in perfect condition. White Nitro is the only iffy trail on the mtn, today it was nasty, ice and bumps, but the rest of the mtn was perfect. Everything is buried. The mtn is now open until the 29th and next week is looking good, sunny skies and temps in the 50's, a perfect end to the season.

The past 2 weeks have been incredible here, temps in the 20's and almost 100 inches of new snow, too bad we are closing in 5 days, just imagine if we got this snow in December. Its still snowing on the mtn, today it was like surfing on a mix of sleet and very dense snow. The glades are incredible and the trails are great where its untracked. Today DRC longside opened around 9, then when it was deiced the t-bar opened around 11:30. The Superquad might run tomorrow, but was closed due to icing today.

This week temps have been mostly in the 20's, quite cold for this time of year. Today all scheduled lifts ran and conditions continue to be amazing, it has started snowing again, it could be a little heavy in the morning but at least its snowing again.

Conditions this week have just been incredible all over the mtn, if there was ever a week to call in sick, this is it. Words can't describe how great the skiing is.

Another great day at the Loaf. Temps were in the high 20's and it snowed all day. It was really windy but the superquad managed to stay open all day. Bubblecuffer and Winters way were in great condition with plenty of fresh powder. The Groomed trails were incredible with lots of windblown snow. The Trees are incredible, probably the best they've been all year. We've got about 12 inches of snow coming so conditions are about to get even better.

Today was incredible, we had temps around 30, it was cloudy, but visibility was great and there was no wind, plus we had about 6 inches of new snow to play in. It was wet snow but was easy to ski through. Misery Whip was groomed and was in perfect condition. Lower Nitro was great and so was sluice and Lower Gondi. The Glades are all skiable again and this snow has made for perfect conditions in all glades. Weather forecasts are calling for up to a foot more snow this week, so it will be even better. Right now it looks like closing day will be the 22nd, the 15th is just a rumor.
