I love when the weather report calls for flurries and we get 8 inches of powder. The conditions have made quite a turnaround, its much better now than earlier in the week, this new ssnow should groom up good, hopefully we'll get some new trails open. The glades may have snow now, but its all ice underneath, so be careful. It was a little windy today so Timberline did not run. Snowmaking has started again, but only on The Landing and Pipeline today.

I hate to say this, but the skiing is not good, lots of ICE everywhere and being vacation week, there are a lot of people, so conditions are quite dangerous. They have made snow on a few trails, but it gets pushed around very quickly. Im not really sure why they stopped making snow, but my biggest question is why no more dust and runs, seems to me that would help more than burying Narrow Gauge.

45 degrees and lots of rain friday, followed by temps in the well below freezing friday night, the trails froze up and now conditions are boiler plate and frozen and loose granular. Very windy today, most lifts on wind hold this morning, The wind died down this afternoon and most lifts opened. The Superquad is running on diesal and may not be open tomorrow(monday).

We Need SNOW bad, the conditions were not too bad today, but the snow is quite hard and the groomers dont have much to work with. Sluice and Ramdown were in great condition with all the fresh man made snow. Gondi Line had some scratchy areas early. Lower Nitro wasnt open today. Wedge was in great shape, Timberline was also good. It was great to be able to ski Narrow Gauge midweek.

Conditions havent changed much, its still hard and fast. There is fresh snow on Ramdown, Lower Nitro and whiffletree. It doesnt look like we will get anything more than a dusting tonight. Its going to be partly sunny tomorrow and Norton is going to begin rebuilding the Superpipe tomorrow.

Another sunny day at Sugarloaf. The groomed trails are good, but the snow is starting to firm up more. I skied Sluice 7 times today, they were making snow on it and that was definetly the trail of the day. Spillway was not good, it was extremely hard and hopefully will get groomed out tonight. Winters way and Double Bitter have reopened but I would not recommend skiing them, the snow is very hard and it wouldnt be fun. I skied Pipecleaner today and that was quite firm. Narrow Gauge and Comp Hill were closed again today for racing. Snowmaking today on Whiffletree, The Tube Park, Sluice, and Timberline.

Well, you cant ski any bumps or glades, but the groomed trails were in great condition, you can definetly get an edge in, but it is hard, lots of nice corduroy today. All lifts were running and the snowguns were going on Hayburner, Spillway, The Stomping Grounds and The Superpipe.

1-2 inches or rain esterday and temps below freezing today. The groomers did a great job last night. The conditions were great first thing this morning, nice soft corduroy, it was a little granular but not bad. The ice that was out there wasnt completely frozen yet, so you could turn on it, later in the morning there was a lot of heavy pushed around corn and granular snow.
